General Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Wk6 platform (the “Site”) and all services offered through it. By creating an account or continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules that apply to the products you access. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Site.

2. Eligibility, Account Creation and Access

Access to and use of the Site is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria and who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations in your place of residence.

• 2.1 Single account policy: You may hold only one active account. Creation of multiple accounts or the sharing of accounts is prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of winnings.
• 2.2 Account information: You must provide accurate, current information during registration. You must not impersonate another person. You are responsible for updating information as it changes.
• 2.3 Security and access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may require additional security measures, including two-factor authentication, to protect your account.
• 2.4 Verification (KYC): We may request identity, age, address and payment method verification. You must provide documents as requested. Verification may affect your ability to deposit, play or withdraw funds.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Compliance

You must conduct yourself honestly and not engage in activities that could distort the integrity of the Site or its outcomes. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, collusion, use of software or devices that automate play, manipulation of results, and any attempt to circumvent system rules or limits.

• 3.1 Location and access controls: You may not use the Site from jurisdictions where access to online gambling is prohibited or restricted, nor may you mask your location through VPNs, proxies or other technologies.
• 3.2 Account ownership: You must act as the rightful owner of the payment methods and information used to fund your account.
• 3.3 Compliance: You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not use the Site for illicit purposes.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds Management

Funding and withdrawal of funds are subject to verification and regulatory checks. You may deposit funds using methods supported by the Site in the currencies offered for your account. All deposits must originate from you or from payment methods registered to you.

• 4.1 Deposits: Deposits are considered available to use in your account once processed. Third‑party deposits are not allowed. If a third‑party deposit is detected, winnings may be forfeited and the deposit returned to the source.
• 4.2 Currency: Transactions are converted to the currency of your account at the prevailing rate. You bear any exchange rate charges.
• 4.3 Verification for deposits: We may request additional identification (KYC) before or during deposits or withdrawals.
• 4.4 No credit: The Site does not extend credit to players; deposits are used to fund your account balance.
• 4.5 Wagering requirements: Where promotions or bonuses apply, wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawals are permitted.
• 4.6 Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and may be refused if the payment method or account information cannot be validated, if there are unresolved disputes, or if wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bets, Settlements and Error Handling

Bets are binding once confirmed by the Site. The outcome of any event is accepted only after the Site has recorded the result in its systems. In the event of errors in prices, odds, event results or other technical faults, the Site reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or void bets and settlements as appropriate.

• 5.1 Corrections: If a mispricing or erroneous result is detected, we may correct or revert the relevant bet or outcome even after a settlement.
• 5.2 Cancellations: Bets may be cancelled in whole or in part where permitted by these Terms or the rules governing the specific product.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer and may be amended or withdrawn at our sole discretion. Bonuses are granted subject to wagering requirements, time limits and any other conditions stated. Non‑compliance may result in the removal of bonuses and any associated winnings.

7. Account Management, Suspensions and Closure

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account if required for security, compliance or integrity purposes or if there is a breach of these T&Cs. In such cases, balances may be frozen or returned in accordance with our policies. Upon closure, you may request withdrawal of any remaining funds subject to the terms for withdrawals.

• 7.1 Underage gambling: If evidence indicates a user is under the applicable gambling age, the account may be closed and all winnings retained or returned at our discretion, and deposits may be retained or forfeited according to applicable law.
• 7.2 Multi‑account risk: If multiple accounts are detected, we may consolidate, suspend or close accounts and void related transactions.

8. Intellectual Property and Content

All Site content, branding, software and data are owned by or licensed to Wk6. You may use the Site solely for personal entertainment and not for commercial exploitation. No right, title or interest is transferred to you beyond the license to use the Site as described in these Terms.

9. Privacy, Data Protection and AML

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You consent to processing of personal data for purposes including verification, compliance, anti‑money laundering checks and to fulfill the terms of service. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as required for regulatory purposes.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, cyber incidents, regulatory actions or acts of government. In such events, we may suspend or terminate services without liability for the period of disruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for direct damages arising from use of the Site shall be limited to the value of the bets placed by you in the affected transaction or to a maximum threshold of EUR 500, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of the Site, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

12. Governing Law, Disputes and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s licensing and regulatory framework. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Site or the services shall be resolved before the competent courts in the jurisdiction applicable to the operator, unless mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute resolution is required by law.

13. Notices and Communications

All notices under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to the registered email address associated with your account. You consent to communications by electronic means for transactional and promotional purposes, unless you opt out where available.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site and become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wk6 regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. The English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict with translations.
